The 2008 Conference is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to celebrate two key anniversaries in the history of public administration in Canada:
- IPAC’s 60th Annual conference, whose very first conference in 1949 was also held in Québec City
- The 100th anniversary of the creation of the Public Service Commission of Canada
